Loan Starter
Your Loan Starter is an expert on the process needed to FIT you into the perfect mortgage. They are also your guide to our digital Application and the required loan documentation. They will be your first point of contact. They will introduce our unique process and let you know what to expect and who will be there for you at each step along the way. They will assist you with the application process and are there to do your application for or with you if need be and to get your file ready for the next person in the process.
Loan Analyst
Your Loan Analyst is a highly trained mortgage expert. They closely review your file, and insure that we have everything that will be needed to get you fully approved. They then run the automated underwriting engines and determine what additional review is necessary to allow us to deliver a Pre-Approval that you can count on. They will issue your Pre-Approval and be your guide to the many product options available and advise you as to the best options for your unique situation. Once under contract they will make the updates as needed, contact escrow, order your appraisal and submit your loan for post contract underwriting.
Team Coach
The Team Coach is a uniquely experienced expert mortgage expert, highly versed in all facets of the loan origination process. They are there to insure everything receives the second set of eyes needed to guarantee we are providing the service, accuracy and optimal solutions you deserve from the unique and superior FIT Funding process. They will reach out to you directly to introduce themselves after you have gotten an accepted offer, at this time they will also go over the interest rate options and lock your loan with you.
Funding Specialist
Your Funding specialist is an expert on mortgage loan processing just as the rest of the team, however they have specialized expertise on the process of taking your loan from post contract underwriting through to your loan funding. Along the way they will help resolve any questions that undoubtedly will arise from underwriting, help you understand all the charges associated with closing the transaction, and help ensure a smooth closing and that you are properly prepared for the doc signing and funding of your loan.
Growth Coach
A FIT Funding Growth Coach is an expert on making connections with the top Realtors in our area. They seek out highly seasoned professionals and work with them to show how FIT Funding is a truly evolutionary change in how mortgages are delivered.
