You think you want a new home or a better loan.
Reach out to our office and we will connect you with a Loan Starter. They will explain our process in detail and how these steps FIT into your goals. Our FIT Application is streamlined and FAST, you can complete it on your own or your Loan Starter can walk you through it with you. Once completed your Loan Starter will review and let you know precisely what we will need for your unique situation. The FIT App also serves as a secure portal to upload your documents and allows you to communicate directly with our team.

Gather and Upload your Documentation.
Your Loan Starter will review the Application and documentation to insure we have it all. The file is then turned over your Loan Analyst who will closely review everything, request and review any needed additional items, call you to discuss loan options, and obtain the Pre-Approval. They will then send your Pre-Approval letter and you can begin shopping for a home with confidence.

You and your Realtor find a home.
When you have identified a property contact your Loan Analyst. They provide you a customized Pre-Approval Letter specific to the property for your Realtor to present with your offer. Your Loan Analyst will also call the Listing Agent to reaffirm our Pre-Approval and our Fast and Easy Process. Explaining to them how you are the right FIT for their sellers. We know based on extensive experience that this improves your chances of having your offer accepted.

Your offer is accepted.
Your Loan Analyst will review your file and request and request any required updated documents and obtain closing fees from Escrow. The Team Coach will review your file, the sales contract, loan options and give you a call to discuss rate options and lock your loan. Your Loan Analyst will submit your file to the lender, work to get your disclosures to you, order your appraisal, and work to obtain the formal loan approval.

Closing your loan
Your approved loan is then turned over to the Funding Specialist. They will ensure that all the final documentation is received and fully approved. They will also coordinate with the Escrow company and the lender to get your loan documents drawn. They will review and explain the final numbers and prepare you for the signing.

Your loan Funds!
After your signed loan documents are received from Escrow our funding department wires the the money needed to fund your loan. Escrow then coordinates with the courthouse to record the transaction. Once recorded the house is yours to enjoy. The only thing left to do is tell all your friends and relatives that they too should use FIT Funding for their next mortgage.
